It is not
necessary to refrigerate pHenomenal. pHenomenal has a proven shelf-life of
5 years.
The recommended intake for pHenomenal is 2 ounces per
day mixed into 2 liters or 2 quarts of drinking water. Drinking water can be: commercially
bottled, municipal (filtered or unfiltered) and well water
(charcoal- filtered). pHenomenal will not be effective if mixed with ionized or distilled
water so is therefore not recommended.
Many people have
a favorite one liter drinking water container that they pre-fill
with water and pHenomenal and carry it with them. Others
mix a larger batch and keep it refrigerated for easy use.
Obviously while drinking an alkaline substance and attempting to remove acids from your system it is counter-productive to take in acids. Consider limiting or temporarily removing acid drinks such as coffee, soda, tea and orange juice from your diet. However if this is too large of a step for you and will discourage you from drinking pHenomenal, just try to limit acids and you will soon see that the energy received from pHenomenal will replace and in some cases surpass boost you were seeking from other beverages.
Commercially-bottled water, while convenient, can vary greatly in pH levels by manufacturer. The more acidic the water you begin with, the more pHenomenal will have to be added to counteract the acidity in the water, so not only choose your water supply wisely but test it periodically. As an example, here is a sampling of commercially-bottled water pH levels:
